Getting Started

Do I need to buy special hardware to use Vaaniz?
No! Vaaniz runs on the devices you already own. You can use any modern Windows PC, Mac, iPad, or Android tablet. It is also compatible with 99% of standard USB/Bluetooth barcode scanners and receipt printers.

How long does it take to set up my store?
Most businesses are fully set up and ringing up their first customer in under 15 minutes. Our bulk-import tools allow you to upload your entire existing inventory via a simple Excel/CSV file.


Billing & Subscriptions

Do you require a credit card for the free trial?
No. Your 30-day free trial requires absolutely no payment information. You get full access to the platform, and you only enter your payment details if you decide to subscribe at the end of the trial.

Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
Zero. You pay the flat monthly or annual fee for your chosen tier. There are no setup fees, no cancellation fees, and we take exactly 0% of your sales revenue.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can manage your subscription directly from the Admin Dashboard at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.


Features & Connectivity

What happens if my internet goes down?
Vaaniz features an "Offline-First" architecture. If you lose internet access, you can continue scanning items, taking cash payments, and printing receipts. Once your internet is restored, all data automatically syncs to the cloud.

How do E-Way Bill credits work?
If your business operates in India, you can generate E-Way Bills directly from the Vaaniz POS. You simply purchase prepaid E-Way Bill credit packs from your dashboard. One credit equals one successfully generated E-Way Bill.

Is my business data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using banking-grade security protocols. We perform automated daily backups to ensure your inventory and sales data is never lost.
